Their class lineup includes Classic for foundational barre technique, Align for flexibility and balance, Empower for a cardio-boosting, athletic HIIT-style workout, and Define for strength training with weights. Each class is designed to tone muscles, improve mobility, and build total-body strength while being gentle on the joints.
